I really liked staying here because the place was so clean and in a great location near the cable car 🚠. the rooms were nice and had a balcony, plus the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a perfect and pleasant experience.

I had a perfect 10/10 stay in a long time. Really enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and perfect, the location was magnificent close to the historic centre. The food was amazing and there were a lot of dishes in the menu.

Perfect place with nice staff. Excellent and perfect location, 5 minutes' walk to Porto Malcesine. Good restaurants. Nice overall experience👍👌

I thoroughly enjoyed my single room with a mountain view - it was so cozy and relaxing. the hotel's location right in the centre of the city was a definite plus for exploring and convenience.

The hotel's beautiful Mediterranean-inspired decor truly added to the charm and ambiance of our stay. The common areas were tastefully decorated with vibrant colors and comfortable seating, making it a joy to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, which made navigating the premises easy and safe.

It would have been even more enjoyable if there were organized activities or excursions specifically designed for seniors. The hotel staff, although incredibly friendly and helpful, could have provided more detailed recommendations for leisurely activities suited for older guests.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town, close to the historic centre, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and some even have balconies with beautiful mountain views. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing discounts dining at the restaurant, which offers a wide selection of food. the continental breakfast is satisfying with hot, fresh croissants and a variety of fruits.

Like most hotels in the area, the price may be a bit high.

Convenient location near bus station, funicular, and coast. Clean, neat interior and friendly English-speaking staff. Allowed us to store luggage after check-out, making our day easier. Good continental breakfast with hot croissants and fresh fruit. Lovely balcony with mountain view.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in the center of town, close to the bus stop and only a short walk from the beautiful lake. the restaurant serves a wide selection of delicious food, including a fantastic children's menu, and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. the breakfast spread is plentiful with a variety of pastries, cakes, cereals, fruits, and more. the room is spacious with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a good-sized balcony with stunning mountain views. Plus, the room is cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen provided.

There was a small issue with the billing process upon departure, which caused some confusion and inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Firenze for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, within walking distance of attractions but away from the lake for a peaceful rest. The meals at the restaurant were delicious and great value with our guest discount. The included breakfast was simple and tasty.

I highly recommend this hotel.
